Our Adventures at Magic Kingdom

We went to Magic Kingdom two different days again this year. The first day we went, we stuck together pretty much the whole day.

Our first stop was to get in line to see Elsa & Anna. I took Jade and Avery on the carousel while everyone was waiting in line, and then Brooke got her turn too.

The girls were really really excited to meet Elsa and Anna!

Anna told them that they needed to come to Arendale and have a sister day. Well, they still haven't "let that go," because they keep asking me when we are going to take them to Arendelle. :-)

I am so disappointed that this picture turned out blurry. Avery was hilarious wrapping herself in Elsa's cape. Avery is just obsessed with all the princesses and meeting the characters. She touches all their clothes and their hair, and tries to give them a bunch of kisses. Watching her excitement and interactions was probably one of the best things about the trip.

We didn't have a chance to meet the White Rabbit but we saw him. Jeff waited in line for us to meet Merida, while we went on the tea cups.

Meeting Merida:

and then the girls got to try their hand at a bow and arrow:

We rode the Astro Orbiter, the People Mover, saw Monsters Inc., and Stitch's Great Escape.

Then, we got to meet Marie! We got in a bit of trouble, because the girls would not stop touching her fur and tail, despite me trying to get them off of her.

We rode the Magic Carpets and then sat down for a break. We had Mickey Mouse ice creams and watched the Flight of Fantasy Parade. That was another favorite thing of the trip for me.

We hit up the Barnstormer roller coaster and then rode on Dumbo.

Hi, Avery!

Then, the kids drove the cars at Tomorrowland Speedway

I let Avery drive, and what a bad idea that was. I thought I was going to be sick - let's just say I hope she is a better driver when she is 16.

And our last stop of the day was the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. This ride was being built when we were at Disney last year. The kids really liked it because it was a roller coaster. It was definitely a fun ride.

Phew! That was a long day. We stopped at Pizza Hut for dinner and headed back to the resort.
