Day 9 and 10: Driving Home

We checked out at about 10:30am and we drove to Tampa where we stopped at Eddie's parents house for a quick visit. I had never met them before and Jeff hasn't seen them in years.

After that we drove until everyone got restless and stopped at the first hotel that had a vacancy somwhere near Mobile, Alabama. We woke up around 8am, ate some breakfast at the hotel, and then hit the road. The last leg of the trip always feels the longest and I couldn't wait to be home.

We are fully unpacked, all the laundry is done, and we are back to our usual routine!

Here is a picture of the kids with the masks they wanted when we were in New Orleans
We had such a fun vacation. It was A TON of work and very exhausting, but we are so happy we had an opportunity to take the kids while they are still young! I hope you enjoy looking at all the pictures.
