Christmas

We went to the 4:00 service at church for Christmas Eve. We came home and ate dinner, then put out our cookies for Santa and sprinkled our reindeer food outside. 

We tried to get a picture of the kids, but this time Jade took her turn at giving me the pouty face. 

We read "The Night Before Christmas" and then got tucked into our beds

and while the kids slept, Santa came!!

It was super hard to get pictures of the kids opening their presents. It was absolute chaos. Paper was flying everywhere, Jade was opening any present she saw, and Brooke was trying to organize the gifts into piles. 

After we finished opening presents, we tried skyping with Grandma and Grandpa so they could see the kids when they went outside to find their gift from them.

It was cold so we only let them jump for a minute. We bundled them up later in the day and they jumped for an hour or so. They LOVE their trampoline and ask to go on it everyday. However, it has been VERY cold here- so we are hoping for some warmer weather soon. The girls are going to get a lot of use out of this!! THANK YOU Grandma and Grandpa!!
