Christmas Week

Monday was our first day of Christmas Break. We started the morning out by making posters for a local Police Department to show our support  in light of the tragic loss of the 2 NYPD officers. We have a few friends here that are officers, and one of the wives was organizing a show of support.

After we finished our posters we made cutout cookies!

I really had to control my OCD and let the kids decorate however they wanted to. I'm so glad I did, because they had so much fun and can't wait to make cutouts again- so I'm thinking we will do it again for Valentines Day.

The next day, we met up with some friends at Kid Mania. This is a fun place that has a bunch of tubes they can crawl through and get all their energy out!! After we went to Macaroni Grill for lunch.

Fuzzy picture- but here is our group of moms, and 1 dad. He is such a trooper- his wife works a lot of hours, but his schedule is real flexible, since he works from home- so he puts up with the mama drama so his son can play!
That night, Jeff and I took the kids to see this house after dinner. All the lights were synchronized to music and had huge light up words that said "All About Jesus"

Here is Brooke making a bracelet on her Craz-a-loom!
