Hanging around the house this week... the girls played with chalk a lot...
I bought an Aquadoodle at Target the other day, which I'm not quite sure why I haven't bought one for the kids sooner, because it's really a great thing!...Jade and Avery love it/fight over it... Actually, Avery seems to want EVERYTHING of Jade's. She sneaks in her room and steals all of Jade's "special/favorite" toys. Sometimes Jade is a good sport about it, other times the noise level in the house reaches a decibel I didn't know existed. I guess that was one of the perks of being an only child!
Jeff and I have been working on this puzzle. It's a 4D puzzle of the New York City Skyline. The puzzle recreates Manhattan’s famous skyline not only in three dimensions using scale-model buildings, but also along the axis of a fourth dimension. time, spanning 101 years of its architectural history. Jeff and I finished the bottom two layers, and he promised Brooke that she could help put the buildings in...so they are working on that together.
