Brooke & Jade play for a short while in the mall to let out some energy
Brooke hasn't been to a movie at the theater yet and we've been wanting to try it. So we decided on a rainy and cold day that we'd give it a whirl. We found a cheap place, that had $1.50 shows. We figured, since we were bringing Jade and didn't know how the kids would do, that we just didn't want to spend a fortune in case we had to leave shortly into it. Brooke wasn't so into having her picture taken when we got there.

Brooke thoroughly enjoyed her popcorn and did pretty well overall. Jade enjoyed the first 10 minutes, and than wanted to get down and explore... so I took her around the theater and walked around with her while Jeff and Brooke watched the movie. Brooke made it through almost the whole thing, but kept asking where Mommy and Jade were. The verdict: If it was a better movie and it was just Jeff and I with Brooke, she would have totally made it through it. She loves the Disney movie, CARS, so when CARS 2 comes out, we will plan on taking Brooke together!!

In the summer the theater here on Cason Lane does $1 movies on Thursdays at 10am. I think it starts June 9th and they show kids movies that are already out on video (Shrek, Kung-foo Panda, etc). Your girls are too cute!
