November

We started out November by attending the Montpelier Hunt Races with friends. It rained and poured this day, but we made the most of it and had lots of fun. I love that everywhere we go in this area, we are literally walking through history. Montpelier is the home to President James Madison, the Father of the Constitution and Architect of the Bill of Rights. What I also love, is that Brooke's history curriculum in 4th grade is Virginia Studies. So everything she brings home to study, I am learning from it too.

We took the girls bowling one afternoon...

Me and my girlfriends who all live in our neighborhood. We get together at least once a month and always have the very best time!

Avery is a cheerleader this year!

Jade had a "showcase" at her gym the day before her first competition of the season and her teacher from school came to watch her. Jade was over the moon happy!

After showcase, we traveled up to Allentown, PA to stay the night. Jade and Avery chowed down some wings and we hit up the hotel pool for some fun.

The next day was the first competition of the season for Jade!

The girls hit their routine (zero deductions) and placed 2nd. Way to start the season!
