Last night before bed, we read this little poem that Brooke's teacher gave to her at Meet the Teacher night...
She was super excited to sprinkle the "magic confetti" under her pillow...

After she was asleep, I set up the kitchen table to make her feel special on her big day!

Brooke was thrilled to go to Kindergarten. She didn't seem scared at all, despite Mommy being a mess... I cried a few times and as I'm writing this my heart hurts...I wonder how she is doing, if she is making friends, if she is still feeling as happy as she was when I left her, if she misses us...etc....
3:00 can't come soon enough today... I just want to see her and make sure she had a good day... Updates later...!
