Catching up: First half of April

April was another month that seemed to fly by.

Spring School Pictures for the girls (They are not my favorite. I'm just not a huge fan of these kinds of pictures):

Mini Bling (Mini Level 1)

Jeff was out of the country twice this month. The first time he was gone I got hit with the flu BAD. I never have felt so sick in my life. I am so grateful that my mom was able to come down and help me out. I don't know what I would have done without her. Jade had cheer pictures that weekend and Brooke had a horse show. Avery had her favorite little friend from schools birthday party to go to and I was literally down and out.

Payton is Avery's best friend from school. For her birthday, they went to see Beauty and the Beast.

Brooke stayed home with me because she had a bad headache. My mom dropped Avery off at the party and Jade had some special one on one time with Grandma at Chuck E. Cheese.

The next day Brooke had a horse show. I was so sad that I had to miss it, but she did awesome, as usual!

Later that evening, Jade had cheer practice and Avery and I stayed home. The girls had some gift cards to Toys R Us and earlier that day they went there and picked some things out. Here is Avery trying to find a stone inside her "diamond":

We were suckers and tried the Unicorn Frappuccino that was available at Starbucks for a limited time. It was TERRIBLE! I didn't expect to like it, since I'm a coffee girl and this didn't look appealing at all - but boy it tasted even worse than I imagined. It was fun to try though!

Jeff had to travel for work the week of Spring Break. So we had a lazy week at home. We did go bowling with a friend one day which was lots of fun.
