February has been a bit of a blur so far, it's hard to believe we are half way through the month. We've had some pretty warm temperatures this month so far and have enjoyed some afternoons outside walking and eating on the patio.

 
Avery loves to have her hair done. She likes me to curl it or braid it. So we've been playing around with different styles now that her hair is starting to get a little longer :-)

 I finally had a chance to meet up with my friend Katie one morning while Jade and Avery were at preschool. We met for coffee and I got to see her new baby girl, Lila.

Another birthday party. This one was at the ice skating rink. Jade surprised us and did really well on ice skates, especially for her first time! She was zooming all around the rink on her own!

We love Mexican! And we were super happy to find a new favorite restuarant.

Friday, Brooke had her Valentine's Day party at school, and Jade and Avery tagged along with me.

And then.... after we got home from school, Avery smacked her eye on the table. I swear, it's always something, and it's almost always Avery.  Heartbreaking. Thank goodness she is a tough girl, I'm hoping it heals quickly. The girls headed to Girls Nigh Out and Jeff and I had date night!!

Valentine's Day morning the kids got some gifts from us and roses for each of them from Daddy. Brooke gave Jeff and I some trinkets.

The first half of February whizzed by and I know the second half will too. We have birthday parties for Jade and Brooke this month, Grama R is coming to visit, and then it's Spring Break!!! Lots of fun coming up!!!
