Christmas 2010

Christmas tree is up, decorations are out, and the house outside is all ready for Christmas!!! Brooke is loving Christmas this year... it's so fun seeing how excited she gets when she sees a Christmas tree or lights. Here is her new Christmas tree... it's pink! She picked it out herself, and Jade got her old one (which is a little bit smaller than this)

Jade was dedicated at our church yesterday, River Oaks Community Church (The ROCC). We are excited about our commitment to raise Jade according to God's word and His ways.

Happy Halloween!

Before trick or treating in our neighborhood we went to the "Harvest Hoedown." This is a huge annual event that one of the mega churches in town puts on every October. It was a wonderful event, that is free, but is was absolutely packed and hard to actually do anything. There were over 30 bounce houses and TONS of games and activities, food and drinks. We stayed for a little while so Brooke could go on some bounce houses and play a few games, but it was just too hard to enjoy ourselves with the lines being so long.
