Here is a little glimpse at our October.
Excited for Fall:
Doing homework on the computer:
Dinner with friends:
My Equestrian:
And my newest cheerleader:
Brooke placed 5th overall in the Whitestone Farm Show Series (this is based on the total number of points scored for the year). She only did one show there this year, so this was a surprise to us.
Early morning at the Hazelwild Farm Horse Show. Last show of the season!
Brooke finished second overall in the Hazelwild Show series. She was awarded a nice ribbon and a huge stuffed panda.
For fun, Brooke did the costume class. She was Cruella and her horse, John T, was a Dalmatian puppy.
Mandy and I celebrating her birthday:
The girls went to Toys R Us to pick out something with the gift cards Grandma and Grandpa sent for Halloween:
"Wear your favorite sport team" at school for spirit day - these two were all about Momma's team!
The leaves starting to change around the house:
Every year Grampa Eddie and Jennifer send candy apples to the girls for Halloween. Delicious and so sweet of them!
Carving Pumpkins:
Saturday, I took the girls to downtown Fredericksburg for "Treats on the Streets." We trick or treated at all the shops downtown. We ran into a lot of the girls friends from school and had a blast!
Mad Hatter, Alice, and Cheshire Cat:
We even ran into Santa Claus:
We had a birthday party to attend later that afternoon and on Sunday the girls dressed up again for a "Trunk or Treat" at church.
