This past Sunday Jade had her showcase for cheerleading. This is an event that her gym, Pro Spirit, puts on every year for all the teams to show their routines and get prepared for competition season. Jade had a blast and I'm sure if you are reading this you can only imagine how excited Mommy was!!
I can't even begin to explain how much I love this gym. Pro Spirit is owned by Jeff and Diana Miller (and they actually coach Jade's tiny team too!). They have quite the accomplished resume in the cheer world, but what I love most is that they are GOOD people. They teach teamwork and valuable life lessons, and truly have a servants heart. They even have a special needs team.
Before the showcase began, all of the cheerleaders gathered around the mat for prayer. This is something they publicly do all the time: before practices, before competitions, etc. They clearly make it known who they believe in and it's never showy!
