Thanksgiving Weekend

Mom would freak if I posted pictures of her in her pajamas making Turkey with Brooke and Jade, so I won't humilate her... However, we had a nice visit with Grama and enjoyed our time with her!

 Jeff and I went to the Heard Museum here in McKinney to check out the dinosaur exhibit they have running for the next couple months. The dinosaurs were robotic, and true to their size and even made noises, one even spit out water. The girls loved it.

 

Our elf, Jingle made his debut today. Brooke was so excited that he was here again. He even brought a girlfriend, whose name is Bell (Get it, Jingle Bell)... anyways, a double set of eyes watching them this year!!!



My new ride... all the cool moms drive mini vans, lol!

It's actually very practical and not at all as bad as I made it out to be when I said, "I will never drive a mini van"

Brooke got to write her name on the board at gymnastics... she can do a Tucked Backward Roll on her own... a skill some 7 year olds struggle with :-)

Brooke did not enjoy getting the icky pulp on her, as you can tell... she just tried to scoop each seed out one by one and tried to avoid the pulp at all costs

Jeff was working a lot that week, and wasn't able to carve pumpkins with us... therefore Brooke wanted to take some pictures of Jade and I using the drill for one of our pumpkins

Trick or Treating... this house was lots of fun, they had their house all decked out and handed out Capri Suns, Candy Bars, and Glow Sticks!
