Preschool Field Trip
Today Brooke's preschool class had a trip to the pumpkin patch. I was really nervous about going with Jade and Avery on my own, especially with Avery's current stage of not wanting to be held, not sitting in a stroller, and just taking off everywhere (she is almost identical to Brooke's behavior at that age, oh no! LOL)
It ended up being really fun, but was a TON of work! I'm exhausted... and Jeff is working odd hours, so won't even be home tonight. Geesh...
Here is a picture of most of Brooke's class |
Brooke walking with Ms. Sandy (who is just an awesome teacher! truly a blessing) |
waiting in line for the pony ride |
True cowgirl at heart, Yee-Haw... Brooke LOVES horses and the lady operating the pony rides let Brooke put on her hat....Brooke was in heaven...maybe horseback riding lessons are in our future :-) |
Some of the kids looking through the jail bars of this old jail |
Western village... apparently these building were real buildings from an old western village?! |
I just want to kiss her cheeks, that face is scrumptious! |

All in All it was a great day... tomorrow is a halloween party at gymnastics... stay tuned! October is a busy but FUN month!!!!

Pumpkin Patch
Fall is always my favorite time of year... and I always look forward to going to the pumpkin patch! This particular pumpkin patch wasn't as great as the one we loved to go to in Tennessee, so next year we will probably try a different one, but the girls had fun, and thats all that matters!
Brooke's favorite part of our pumpkin patch trip was the pony rides... although she did not like the fly that kept flying around her, as seen in this picture.... |
another epic fail at a family shot... Brooke complained she didn't want a picture, Jade was sweating, and Avery wanted to get down... |
This was Jade's favorite thing, the carousel swings |
