Sunny Saturday

It was so beautiful out yesterday, and we took advantage of it! We had the windows open, took the girls for a walk and played outside. It was in the 60's and felt like a heat wave considering how cold it has been!

In the evening, we watched Brooke's friend Lilly, so they had a chance to play outside together and enjoy the sun.

Build a Bear and Packers/Bears Game

Saturday we took Brooke and Jade to Build-a-Bear. Brooke was so excited when she saw, Hello Kitty (which is her 3rd birthday theme), she just had to have it!!! Brooke picked out a pink bear for Jade.

Sunday, our friends Sarah & Rob came over for the packers game. They are from Chicago, so of course they were routing for the bears, and Jeff and I were routing for the packers! Here are the kiddos:

Jade walking

Jade has been taking 1-2 steps for the past two months now. While I know that she has had the ability to walk for awhile now, I don't blame her for not wanting to try, and that would be for the sheer fact of her bully sister!!!! Brooke just LOVES Jade to pieces, but can't help but get too rough with her. Here is Jade taking a few more steps (and she sure is proud of herself, my smiley girl!)

We took Brooke bowling the other night, and she had a blast. She plays bowling on the Wii with Jeff all the time, and we figured she would really like going!
